Saturday Trivia: Tootsie Rolls

In 1896 Tootsie Rolls debuted, introduced by Leo Hirshfield of New York who named them after his daughter’s nickname, ‘Tootsie’. Tootsie Rolls were the first wrapped penny candy in the United States.
